		<description>In credit to the C&#038;MA; they have women on their district executive commitee's, the national executive commitee, and individual churches can elect women elders (my home church being one of them).  It is only a matter of time before their are women ordained.  After all, women are already classified as pastors in many churches, for example children and worship pastors.</description>
