As part of our commitment to theOoze we're going to be reviewing a copy of Bart Ehrman's latest book, "Jesus Interrupted". So far I'm going through it and I can tell the dude is the most modern historical scholar I've read in quite some time (and he reminded me at least a dozen times in the first chapter).

I also had to brush up on my Pharisaic eschatology, even with intertestamental studies under mybelt, I needed some more resources to double check his outlandish claims.... Stay tuned for more.
